This gave me the idea to offer a couple of hours to make this utility.

The program shows you (in a 5250-window) the Hex Values - from 00 to FF.
To exit - F3, F12 or just <Enter>

HEXVALDA - Display file - compile as standard.
HEXVALRA - RPGIV program - compile as standard.
HEXVAL   - CMD wrapper for HEXVALRA - compile with HEXVALRA
           as the calling program.
